Residential Cleaning Bookings
- A $45 non-refundable deposit is required for all new cleaning appointments and as-needed cleanings.
- Our rate is $50 per man-hour.
- We work in teams of two Professional Housecleaners to ensure efficiency and quality service.
Payment Policy
- Payment is due at the time of service. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- If payment is not received by 12:00 noon on the 3rd day after the invoice is issued, a $25 late fee will be applied.
- A $35 returned check fee will be charged for any returned or declined payments, regardless of the reason.
Cancellations Policy
- Please provide at least 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning.
- Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) will result in a $45 cancellation fee.
